| Steven Jackson didn't choose photography as a career path, which left him free to pursue his lifetime interest in a highly personal way. His unique landscapes are produced digitally, reduced to black and white and then toned, with minimal amounts of certain colors added to selected portions of the image. The effect, applied to his body of work, is a dramatic and emotional palette of Southwest scenes and vistas. Jackson is represented in galleries in New Mexico and Texas. |
