With over 70 fine art exhibits in the
Northwest during the past 38 years, Jonne is still out there tromping
around in the landscape. This new work Supernatural Dawn was printed on
Epson Professional Photo Metallic Paper. Her work is currently being
shown in Klamath Falls at the Klamath Art Gallery, at the Running Y
Ranch Resort, and at MC's on Main. She has been a featured photography
speaker at the Winter Wings Fest in Klamath Falls in recent years. Her
work has won Merit Awards the past two years Range Magazine’s Outback
Photography Competition for photographing wild bird life and has been
featured in their publications. Her photographs of Eastern Oregon wild
horses are currently being featured on Bureau of Land Management wild
horse training websites.
Jonne has a Master's degree in Art Education from the University of
Oregon with an emphasis on photographic education and spent 32 years
teaching photography in Oregon high schools. She was a founding member
of the Photozone Gallery and has served on the Board of Directors for
PAO Gallery in Eugene, Oregon. She is currently on the board of
directors for the Klamath Art Gallery.
