| Luther Smith is a photography professor at Texas Christian University and graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. The displayed photograph is from his series, The Fire Pictures. His recent portfolios of natural and urban landscapes, digitally manipulated to produce highly saturated colors, transform ordinary scenes into dramatic displays of color and pattern. Smith achieved national recognition for his pictorial series on High School Rodeos. His work is in major U.S. collections. |
