Salem, Oregon based photographer Randall
Tosh uses a large format camera fitted with an array of antique lenses
to produce tintypes and ambrotypes using the wet plate process.
He also makes traditional silver-based negatives which he prints using
cyanotype and calotype processes. Tosh has exhibited extensively,
both regionally and nationally including the Rourke Museum of Art in
Moorehead, Minnesota; Art Intersection in Gilbert, Arizona; the
PhotoPlace Gallery, Middlebury, Vermont; and the Midwest Center for
Photography in Wichita, Kansas.
