Phil Harris

Phil Harris graduated with his Master of Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology and went on to head the Photography Department at the Oregon College of Arts and Crafts from 1991-2001. His work has been shown in many solo and group exhibitions the world over and is equally represented in both public and private collections. Recently, his work has been published in O Independent, a publication out of Lisbon, Portugal, and Portland Magazine.
