Photographer and teacher Steve Dzerigian is a graduate of
U.C.L.A, where he moved form a background in philosophy and
film studies, to still photography under the instruction of
Jerry McMillan. Dzerigian teaches photography full-time at
Fresno City College and from 1884 through 1990, was an
active staff member for The Ansel Adams Gallery Photography
Workshop. A frequent pilgrim to the American Southwest,
Central America, and most recently, southern Louisiana, he
has instructed field workshops for the University of
California, Santa Cruz Extension since 1977.
